Dear RealNetworks and Rhapsody affiliate program members-

Thank you for participating in the RealNetworks affiliate marketing program.
We are writing to notify you of a change we are making to our affiliate marketing program. As a result of recent changes to our marketing costs, we have elected to suspend the affiliate marketing program for our online music service, Rhapsody, beginning June 30th, 2009. After this date, we regret to inform you that we will no longer pay bounties for affiliate signups to the Rhapsody subscription service.

We apologize for any inconvenience and want to assure you that this decision affects the Rhapsody service only. RealNetworks’ other products, such as SuperPass and Real Broadband Essentials, will be continuing the same as before and at the same bounties you’ve come to expect. Also, in the coming months we plan to introduce new features and capabilities to these products that we hope will improve the performance of your programs even further. Stay tuned for more news on these new features and capabilities.

We look forward to your continued participation in the RealNetworks affiliate marketing program and hope to work together to improve the performance of your programs for the remainder of this year and beyond.
